Hey all! Jacqui here. I’m the creator and designer of Jacqui Rose Design. I realized at a young age my love for creating in all avenues of art. The many passions made narrowing down a college and major a tricky situation. Ultimately, I landed at Illinois State where I earned a degree in fashion design. Afterwards, I struggled finding my place and what my niche was in the oversaturated clothing industry. Doing research in fashion and scoring an internship brought me to Music City four years ago. Then, two years ago I branched out on my own and started my brand (specializing in art, fashion, and interior design) thanks to the inspiration I absorbed from the eco-friendly, sustainable, and handmade community here in Nashville. My focus for JR aims to be different than other brands or stores by focusing on clothing that is either upcycled, thrifted, or vintage. Not only are all items something I’d consider wearing myself, but represent all different sizes for every gal (or guy).
